1. Our Parts Warranty

• 100% Factory Quality: All supplied parts, components, and assemblies comply with official manufacturer technical standards (Howo, Shantui, Shacman, SITRAK, XCMG, Yuchai, etc.).
• Precise VIN Selection: Our managers double-check part compatibility before dispatch. If a part selected by our specialist does not fit, we will replace it for free or issue a full refund.
• Factory Defect Protection: If a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation or operation, we will promptly arrange a replacement at our expense.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (10 Days)

You can return or exchange a part in good condition within 10 days of purchase if:

• The item retains its original appearance, factory packaging, and seals (no signs of installation or oil stains).
• You have a receipt, invoice, or electronic invoice (ESF).

3. Safe Transport Guarantee
